Frequently asked questions
Straight answers on coverage, proposals, connectivity, voice, IT support and property technology. If yours isn't here, ask us directly.
Do you provide both business and residential connectivity?
Yes. We are enterprise-first, but we also support SMEs and selected residential clients where coverage and service availability allow.
Do you own the fibre infrastructure?
We don't dig the trenches ourselves. We build our service on South Africa's established fibre networks and take responsibility for everything on top: the design, the installation, the support and the accountability. You deal with us, and we deal with the networks.
How do I check if service is available in my area?
Submit your location through the Check Coverage form. Our team will confirm availability and advise on next steps.
Do you offer custom business packages?
Yes, that's the only kind we do. We look at your sites and requirements first, then build the proposal around them.
Do you show pricing online?
No, and that's deliberate. Every site is different, so we price each proposal for your actual address and requirements rather than advertising a number that changes once we see the site. The price on your proposal is the price you pay.
How long does installation take?
Timelines depend on location, provider availability, site readiness and service type. We confirm expected timelines during the proposal.
Do you offer static IPs?
Yes. Static IPs can be arranged for business services where required. We confirm this in your proposal.
Do you have contracts?
Terms depend on the service and the site. We confirm contract length in your proposal, in writing, and nothing is assumed on the website.
Can you install nationwide?
We take enquiries across South Africa. What we can install depends on coverage and site readiness at your location.
Do you offer wireless backup or failover?
Yes. We add a managed wireless line that takes over automatically if the fibre is cut, so your business stays online while the fault is fixed.
Do you provide VoIP services?
Yes. Business voice and VoIP solutions can be included as part of a broader connectivity or communications package.
Can you assist with CCTV and access control?
Yes. We provide CCTV, surveillance and access control solutions for business and property environments.
Do you supply printers and office technology?
Yes. Printer supply, support and maintenance can form part of our business technology offering.
Can you support multi-site businesses?
Yes. Branches, campuses and estates are our home ground: one network design, one bill and one number to call for every site.
Do you provide managed IT support?
Yes. Helpdesk, devices, updates and day-to-day IT problems, handled by the same team that runs your connectivity.
What happens if my connection has an issue?
Log it once, then it's ours. We diagnose, escalate to the network operator where needed, and keep you updated until it's resolved. You never have to chase us for a status.
Do you offer SLA-based support?
Yes. Business services carry a written SLA with response targets by severity. You see it before you sign, not after something breaks.
Can residential clients request support?
Yes. Residential clients can log issues using the available support channels, subject to the service agreement in place.
Can you help us choose the right package?
Yes. Tell us what you're trying to do and we'll recommend the option that fits, including the cheaper one when that's the honest answer.
Do you handle installation coordination?
Yes, end to end. We deal with the network operator, book the installers, manage the site visit and confirm everything works before we call it done.
Can services be upgraded later?
Yes. We scope every solution so it can grow with you: more speed, more sites, more services, without starting over.
How do I get started?
Start by checking coverage or requesting a quote. We'll review your details and respond with the next steps.
